Cookies that are basically scones and so good. The Carmel coconut was amazing, also had a special lemon cookie that I did not favor particularly but I would go back for the classics 100%.

Got the pork dumplings with chili and fried chicken dumplings. They gave us chips on the house as well as cucumber salad. Then I had the beef brisket soup which was amazing. Everything was 10/10 and prices were very good!!

The pork roll was INSANELY tasty. I’ve never had a pork roll quite like this, the pork was cooked perfectly with a nice char on the outside but melts and is so soft on the inside. The smoked pork and garlic ramen were both incredible also, lots of flavor. I wish there was more veggies in the soup but it didn’t take away from the quality of these dishes as they deserve that ⭐️.

NOTHING tops the salmon bagel at Apollo. Every element in the bagel ties together the flavor and I don’t think I’ll ever get sick of it. The price is easily justifiable because of how good it is.
