While the waiting time was about 25 to 30 minutes, the exceptionally friendly staff and the serene environment made the time pass pleasantly. More importantly, the meal proved to be well worth the wait. The star of the dish was the schnitzel itself. Encased in a beautifully crisp buttermilk coating, the chicken was incredibly succulent, yielding a soft, almost melting effect with every bite. It was a wonderful display of texture and technique.
