Haven’t had a bagel in a while and this Montreal style was the best I’ve had, service was also very friendly. Fresh warm, fluffy and chewy, and packed with salmon which was appreciated benchmark 9/10

I mean it was basically their croissant with rich dark chocolate in it. Not too much so very savoury, and their croissants are the best, would rather just get a croissant though. 8.5/10. Amazing bakery nice chewy filling and buttery.

Insanely good and very creative donuts, had the earl grey one which the guy sold very well, and some of these are really elaborate and indeed the flavours on it were very complex, had some acidity and not too sweet which I loved. And the guy there was a former pizza chef which is cool and is very passionate, will be back. 8.4/10 for this one, changed it because in retrospect I think it’s a little too elaborate for what it does without focusing on quality ingredients

Went to fourth man in the fires calafornian donut place and it was amazing, the server told me to get the apple fritter which is easily the best I’ve had yet with a tone of apple filling and a crunchy enough outside with such a nice and mushy inside. Then for free he got me an old fashioned donut on the house which was very good, too sweet for me but nice with coffee, then I came back told him about it and then he got me another free apple fritter. What an amazing guy, will return. 9/10 for fritter, 7.5/10 for traditional, though it was a very unique donut fritter had a lot of filling which was appreciated though

When using this I found it hard to melt in pan, couldn’t make fondue but still really good and stronger a bit than raclette

2nd best quiche there, a lot of potato, but as usual pastry is amazing 8.2/10

Best quiche, although would like more egg based filling it was very good with amazing pastry 8.8/10

It was very good especially the pastry, however I think upon reheating the mushrooms moisture impacted the filling 7.9/10

Good atmosphere, and best donut yet crispy outside with soft inside, and plenty of apple chunks, was sizeable too 9.3/10 for the apple fritter
