This was definitely my least favorite meal, but they were able to accommodate and make me plain papardelle pasta with olive oil and grilled chicken. The portion was huge (definitely sharable). 🍗 They used sunflower oil.

SO good! We went to Torvehallerne market for lunch, and they had so much to offer. I picked a taco place and got their pork tacos and chips and salsa. I would highly recommend 🌮. They also use rapeseed oil.

Another must! The atmosphere was so cozy and fun! It was a little harder for me to find options, but the Greek salad was perfect. 🥗 The limoncello spritz was also incredible 🍋

We were told we MUST try Gasoline Grill! It was UNREAL. Tip: download the app for quicker pick-up 😉. They use rapeseed oil for their fries! You must get their organic lemonade with elderflower! 🌸

Every morning we stopped at Buka bakery to grab a matcha and a pastry. 🍵 The first day I got a pastry with vanilla custard, and the second day I got a pastry with spinach and feta. They had a handy allergy sheet to reference, but most of their pastries contained soy or nuts. They did have lactose-free milk ☺️

Our first meal in Copenhagen! We went to Cantina and LOVED it! They were great with allergies. I ordered the spicy Rigatoni. 🍝 They gave us Danish candies with out bill to take home with us 😊🍡!

After spotting the Highland cows, we headed to grassmarket! I wasn't incredibly hungry, so I ordered the porridge. They were able to make it with just water! My friend didn’t love her falafel salad, but I thought my porridge was great. 🥣

Before Author’s Seat, we needed a hardy breakfast. They had a ton of vegan dessert options (all with soy unfortunately), so I opted for a caprese sandwich. The bread was crispy and the vegetables were so fresh. 🥪 However, my gluten-free friend wasn't able to find anything 😔

Such an adorable restaurant with UNREAL cocktails! I could only eat one thing on the menu (with no protein), but they threw in a free side of bell peppers to compensate! We also ordered the dulce de leche for dessert (I broke my dairy rule for it) 😉

It was pouring rain on our way to Dean Village, so we spotted an adorable lunch spot and decided to get warm (and dry) over lunch. The manager was so worried about getting my allergies correct that she came over and assured me I would be safe! I got a delicious salad and sweet potato fries 🍟 They use rapeseed oil.

The most gorgeous flower shop cafe! I got a sweet biscuit with homemade raspberry jam and a cappuccino with oat milk. 🌹 By far the best breakfast in Scotland!

Honestly a delicious meal for a pub! I got steak, and it came with arugula and tomatoes. 🍅 They were able to swap potatoes for fries, as the fries contained soy. Great meal overall.

I needed a bite to eat after a long travel morning, and our hotel recommended Kuna cafe. I got a quiche, and it was delicious. The staff were also so nice and accommodating with ingredients! 🍳

This was hands-down, the best meal I had in Paris! It was close to our hotel and decorated so cute for Valentine’s. I ordered the Duck Breast with Spiced Honey Potatoes! They were great about allergies, and I was obsessed with the honey sauce. I even asked for an extra side of it. 🍯 For dessert, we got the Vanilla Pavlova with Berries to share between four people. It was so light and sweet! 🫐🍓

After walking around the city and seeing the Eiffel Tower, I needed a pick-me-up. This might be one of the best Chocolate Croissants I’ve had, and it was soy-free. I also had a bite of my friends baguette, and it was so crispy and delicious! Highly recommend if you’re in the Eiffel Tower area! 🥐🗼

Another tourist must-have! The line was so long that we decided to eat outside — and it was cold, but it was worth it. I ordered the Club Sandwich with no bacon and an Americano. Since it was Valentine’s, my friend’s cappuccino came engraved with a special foam. The chips were cooked in sunflower oil, so I couldn’t eat them, but the sandwich was delicious and made up for it. 🥪

We were told we must come to La Fontaine de Mars for a classic French bistro meal! The restaurant was extremely booked, so I was beyond happy to get a table. I ordered the Homemade Duck’s ‘Cofit’ with Skin Potatoes and Curly Lettuce. Since it was Valentine’s weekend, we decided to order dessert and espresso. We got the black chocolate mousse & crispy coffee biscuit. I didn’t really taste the coffee, so I was glad that I ordered an espresso. All in all, I loved the atmosphere (and they were great with allergies) but the food didn’t have much flavor. 😞

We got recommended and only Angelina for their famous hot chocolate! ☕️ Since I’m attempting to go dairy free, I stuck with an Americano. We all ordered the Angelina’s breakfast, which was an amazing deal in my opinion. 😆 Mine came with two plain croissants because the chocolate croissant had soy in it. They were very extremely allergy friendly and even brought over a physical allergy spreadsheet for me to look at.

I was so hungry when I landed in Paris, so I walked around to find a late dinner near my hotel (Hotel Mazagran)! I was told everything in the restaurant was made in sunflower oil, so I ordered a salad to be safe. I got the Salade Green Detox with no apple. 🥗 I told the waiter my allergies, and it also came with no goat cheese mousse (not sure why) 🤨. I asked for a side of plain grilled chicken, which they were able to do! Overall, super healthy and filling meal!

After a long day of wine, a Greek salad felt very needed. I was able to add chicken for protein and get no feta (dairy-free). They had balsamic vinegar and olive oil that I used as a dressing already on the table. Through GTG Abroad, we were able to get a 40% discount — a HUGE steal! 🥗😆

What a beautiful meal! We stopped at Fattoria Poggio Alloro for one of our winery locations for lunch. They offered an organic meal with bruschetta, pumpkin soup and beef pasta. I loved the farm-to-table service, and they were great about asking for allergies! 🌾🍅

We booked an early all-day wine tour, so we decided to grab a coffee and pastry before. We found Caffe del Fossi on the walk to our meeting spot. I got a plain croissant and coffee with vanilla and lactose-free milk. It was the perfect small breakfast snack before our long day! 🥐

For dinner, we did an awesome pasta making class! The whole experience was allergy-friendly. They didn’t use soy, sesame or nuts for any of the pastas. I was able to make my own dairy-free ravioli with just spinach! You HAVE to try it out if you visit Florence. Plus, the unlimited wine was worth it! 🍷🍝🥬

So great with allergies and so yummy! I got turkey, spinach, tomatoes and bell peppers with some balsamic vinegar and olive oil. I understand why this sandwich shop is rated so high! It was fresh and light 🥪

WOW! My first time trying floating pancakes, and I was obsessed. The fluffiest and lightest pancakes with banana, oat flakes and maple syrup 😋🥣. They also offered lactose-free milk for their Coco Foam special coffee! I don’t believe the pancakes were dairy-free, which my stomach didn’t love later 😔.
