A MUST! If you are an adventurous eater (and don’t have allergy restrictions), I recommend you try the pasta-tasting experience. The blueberry sauce is famous here; I’m sad I didn’t get to try it! 🫐 I ordered the Controfiletto Alla Griglia — it was fresh and delicious! I got an espresso shot afterward, but they ended up taking it off my bill 😊

Our first meal/brunch in Florence!! I got scrambled eggs with lactose-free cheese and toasted brioche bread. The bread did have some seeds on it, so I was wary. However, I liked my drink (a Mochaccino) 🍫☕️. It wasn’t my favorite brunch food-wise, but the decor and atmosphere was beautiful! 🌸

I was in need of something plain and simple for dinner. I was able to order penne plain pasta with olive oil and chicken. 🫒 The restaurant was inside a gorgeous hotel. They also offered allergen-friendly bread before dinner 🥖

I was BEYOND impressed with Funky Chocolate! I was able to do the whole chocolate making experience soy and nut free. I highly recommend the workshop for those chocolaholics with allergies 😊 (I’m one of them) 😋

The next day for lunch, we headed to Cafe Paris! I ordered the Greek Salad and an Americano. I decided to split it with my friend (it was a pretty large portion and we had chocolate making afterward) 😆🍫 I added grilled chicken for some protein 🍗

This weekend, I traveled to Interlaken, Switzerland! We needed a bite to eat after our train from Zurich, so we headed to Velo cafe. I got the Breakfast Burrito with no cheddar cheese or avocado. It came with a side of spicy ketchup. 🌶️ It was AMAZING.

On the way back from the Albertina, we stopped at this adorable cafe! They had a wide array of Austrian pastries, each labeled with allergen information. I chose the Cheese Strudel. 🧀🥮 SO GOOD.

Super cool atmosphere with candles at every table. 🕯️I ordered the “KLEINES FRÜHSTÜCK” with no cheese, spinach on the side and an Americano. We had to translate the menus to English, but the staff spoke it and were great with allergies! 🥚

The decision to get dessert was SO worth it. I got my favorite — Tiramisu! They informed me they were unsure of a soy issue within the ice cream. INCREDIBLE 🍮

Wow! Best Chicken Schnitzel I’ve ever had 🤤 Barely any sesame on the menu which shocked me. They even had labeled allergy tags on the menu items. I was gifted a free espresso to end my meal 🥰☕️

I stopped in this adorable breakfast shop before heading to the train station. They were able to make an Egg and Cheese sandwich on a Croissant in under 10 minutes! I also got a yummy Oat Milk Latte with Vanilla 🥐☕️

I’m not going to lie — this wasn’t the easiest place to find dinner. I ordered the Fattoush salad and a side of plain grilled chicken. The staff assured me the kitchen took note of my allergies 😊

Perfect spot for a quick pick-me-up or to-go bite! I got the Egg Salad Sandwich and highly recommend it for a fresh, easy late lunch 🍳🍞

Delicious brunch! I ordered the Breakfast Pretzelbun-Sandwich with no bacon, no sour cream and no crunchy wonton fries. Heads up: they use sunflower oil. I was shocked to find out the Classic Coco Chip Cookie was free of soy, nuts and sesame! I easily took one to go and was very happy with it 🍪 the thickest cookie with both dark and milk chocolate chips!!!

I ordered the Gnocchi Akademia! It was my first time trying Gnocchi, and I was a huge fan. The staff was helpful and recommended the dish. Don’t forget to note your allergies 🍝🤤
