this mala franchise used to only be in boston, but it opened its first location in nyc! I ordered the szechuan spicy broth which is super spicy which I didn’t mind, but OH MY was it sooooooooooo salty. wayyyyy too salty. my friend ordered the tomato broth which is what I should’ve ordered because it was really good, but wouldn’t go back here.

korean tapas bar! - everything topokki was 10/10, very cheesy creamy and pairs well with the bread - pork and radish bossam was soooooo good 1000/10 very tender - berkshire kimchi fried rice was yummy but small portion, understandable since it is a tapas bar - dessert was black sesame bread budding, it was the bomb, so yummy highly recommended!

cocktail flight was pretty good :) my favorite was the sagulada. the twisted potato was very good with the sauce, and they have a seafood boil menu, so I got shrimp with potatoes and corn!
