This place is labeled as "Michelin Guide". Anybody know what that means as opposed to Michelin Star? Anyhow was good and super spicy - of course! Place was packed and it advertise as No Tips everywhere. It just inflates the price of each dish. Ha!

Only went there because it’s near when I was staying. Banh Xeo was huge… size of my head. But it’s not that crispy. Heard that southern Vietnam don’t make them crispy. Spring rolls were nice.
