Had the absolutely most incredible 15 course dinner cooked by a Taiwanese Chef flown in on a private jet from Taipei. He's looking to open a restaurant in LA. I hope he does so real dark soon. This was just speechless delectable food. My winner for this meal was 1st beef soup and 2nd almond pudding. OMG these were just delish! Only went there because it’s near when I was staying. Banh Xeo was huge… size of my head. But it’s not that crispy. Heard that southern Vietnam don’t make them crispy. Spring rolls were nice.
