Sous vide "island thyme" chicken, over fresh salad greens from the garden, and steamed veggies with Maui onion infused salt. Yum!

Chicken salad, with tomato, onion, green onion, chives, sour cream, pepper and thyme salt over a bed of mixed kale and spinach. Fresh and delicious!

Homemade seafood dinner. Should have added some grilled veggies to balance, but the shrimp were definitely the highlight with crispy garlic!

Solid Bowl of Pho, load it with lots of meat for the combo. The soup is flavorful! Noodles were a little softer than preferred, but still hit the spot!

Always a favorite in downtown Disney!

Love their ramen! Broth is so flavorful, noodles are thin but have a wonderful chew and bounce to them! YUMMI!!!

Fusion taco night with friends. Traditional carnitas, kalbi-inspired short ribs, Teriyaki chicken and fish, plus rice and beans.

Need a quick fix for ramen? Ajisen is a good staple. Nice chewy noodles, good broth.

Pineapple Teriyaki Meatball BBQ pizza-Yummi!!!

I can never get enough of their pasta! Great flavorful sauces, the pasta itself is the right balance of chewy and springy, and you can tell their ingredients are fresh! <3

Mother's Day at home BBQ: carne asada, chicken, shrimp skewers, smashed potatoes, shaved brussel sprout salad, caprese, grilled veggies and cheesy garlic bread.

Brunch at Las Brisas. Food was really good, but not quite exceptional. View was gorgeous. Overall a very enjoyable brunch!

Dirty fries and cocktails. Fries were good, but would have loved more toppings and/or fewer fries to balance the dish out a little better. The Lift Up cocktail was good, and bit on the sweet side for me, but probably to most people's liking. Their old fashioned was pretty standard. Coffee and tea here are great!

Parkstone is solid, not one of those places you rave about to friends though. The highlight of the night was by far the lobster tacos, which were just the right balance of crispy, savory, creamy and fresh. The fried deviled eggs were a unique touch on the traditional starter, and added a great texture and flavor...the fried breading really highlighted the mustard and paprika in the egg yolks. I was a little disappointed in their burger, it was okay, but not something I would order again. Overall, go for the specials of the day, especially lobster taco Friday's.
