The food at this restaurant was excellent – fresh, high-quality, and thoughtfully prepared. The nigiri was outstanding; every bite was precise and flavorful. It’s definitely worth trying a variety of fish, especially the fattier cuts, which I personally love.
We also had a great roll with house-made sauces that were rich, well-balanced, and clearly made with care. The Denver cut skewer was superb, with just the right amount of fat. It was served alongside shredded meat coated in cornflakes – an unexpected but delicious surprise. The sashimi stood out too, thanks to its bright and tangy sauce that made it refreshing and easy to enjoy.
The cocktails were fantastic – we each had three, and every one was well crafted and enjoyable. Dessert was a roasted marshmallow with crunchy coffee crisps – creative, unique, and genuinely one of the best desserts I’ve had in a while.
Overall, a fantastic dining experience. The only downside was the price, which felt a bit high – so I’d give it a solid 8.5 out of 10.
