I had the Loft Burger. It was 8 ounces, very juicy and tasty! They use a locally owned farm for all their beef and it was extremely fresh tasting. The Loft Burger was topped with a couple slices of carmalized bacon and was accompanied by fries with a side of delicious homemade sauce. They have a few other burgers on their menu ill be trying! They also claim to have a must-have off the menu, specially requested burger!

Continued on my journey to find Edmonton's best burger joint. Flame and Barrel are much more than burgers. However, I came to test their flame broiled burger. Unlike my previous burger joints, where they served smash burgers, this place served a 6oz juicy burger. I enjoyed their Flame and Barrel dbl burger, with ham, ltop, bacon, cheddar cheese, and a fantastic Jack Daniel's BBQ sauce. The flame broiled technique kept the juices in and gave it a great charbroiled taste. This is my 2nd burger on a brioche bun, which is quickly becoming my favourite bun. As i rate burgers, I'd prefer a best out of 5 thumbs up.

Burger was good, little on the dry side. 5.5 ounce. Would've like to see min 8 ounce
