Super cool conveyor belt sushi place with automated ordering where sushi comes shooting out straight to you if you order from the iPad menu. Futuristic! Very fresh and creative sushi, too!

Pit stop in San Ysidro exit on the way to Rosarito. We stopped across the street for Mexican insurance then saw this awesome sign "Sushi & Pho." (?) Vietnamese family. The dad was a chef in Juneau. They just bought this place. They recommended this amazing salmon lemon, bc Mexicans like lemon. The birth of fusion - amazing!

Cambodian owner raised in Grenoble, France (Southeast/French Alps). The food was so great especially the pate and the Camembert cheese, but the service is lacking and the chef forgets to bring out things such as bananas for the Belgian waffles or French bread for the cheese plate in time.
