Got the “Big Hinty” burger. Not bad. Presentation was good. I kinda messed up the burger immediately. The sauce they use on it made my burger bun slide and I was struggling to put it together before anyone saw. Once I finally got a handle on it, it was good. The burger might have been a bit too charred for me, cheese had great ratio which should be expected for Wisconsin, pickles i liked but too thick, and red onions that were shaved really thin which didn’t overwhelm. Overall 6/10. Above average, not disappointed, I think I could find another menu item next.
My side was the beet salad which was a 6 min up charge from fries. At first I thought that’s kind of steep but the beet salad upgrade sounded good. I REALLY enjoyed this. Maybe I just been lacking in the fresh food department. The arugula was crisp, the goat cheese plentiful, fruit tasty and not tart, I liked the pumpkin seeds for a crunch, and the beets *chefs kiss* so tasty. I might hav to incorporate more beets in my diet. This to me was 8.5/10. Maybe it just hit right at the right time but if that’s the case that’s the case. Big fan.
I might try another place but in a pinch this is very doable just try something other than the burger. Also eff the Packers! BEAR DOWN! Haha Jk jk *shifty eyes*

This place looks fancy but… kinda slacking? First off, they asked if I wanted sparkling or still water. I learned my lesson in OKC and ordered still—only to get charged $5 for a bottle of Purafina. That was an annoying surprise.
Food time. Started with the Tuna Tartare. Cool presentation, and the avocado mousse sounded great, but there was way too much of it. The tuna was fresh but got overpowered by the mousse, crisps, and arugula. I wanted the tuna to shine more—maybe swap some mousse for extra tuna and serve it with water crackers? 4.5/10.
Next up, the beef short rib with sweet potato mash (to-go). To be fair, the waiter offered to plate it for my room, but I took it in a box. And yeah, it looked rough. The short rib was tender but had too much unrendered fat, and the portion was tiny—give me at least two pieces for this price. The sweet potato mash was oddly tart, which threw me off. Even with a discount, this meal wasn’t worth it. Go to Hinterlands instead.
Overall: 4.5/10. For how upscale this place tries to be, the execution just isn’t there.
