CARMELO'S STEAKHOUSE
Steakhouses
Oysters (800) - Rockefeller style, tastes amazing with the butter and perfect amount of cheese but the oysters themselves could have been bigger Pasta (1,500) - mussels and shrimp were okay, the red sauce tasted great, but the serving size was too small for its price point Steak (5,400) - Australian Wagyu Tenderloin was thick and tender, ordered medium rare but we got it a little on the rare side, tastes amazing Drinks: Gin Tonic Roku (650) Amaretto Sour (400) Water (150) Great date place if you're looking for something on the fancier end. Not sure if I agree with their taste in music, and the table arrangements are a little too close for my preferred personal space. I love the Valentine's giveaway and the free parking. Bring your own water.

Matcha Later
Drinksfancy
Kumo Matcha (240) - probably the best tasting matcha in the Philippines Kumo Hojicha (240) - probably the best tasting hojicha in the Philippines Seating capacity is limited to about 8 or so seats, they don't allow takeout, parking is roadside (100), closes at 9pm. The upside is that they don't compromise on quality, the pricing is fair, and the drinking experience is both authentic and intimate.

Dirty Hands
Mediterranean
Mezze platter (350) - amazing homemade chips and dips, great flavor that goes well with the texture Paris Paris Shawarma (350) - served with rice, sauce was great, truffle mayo was a little heavy but went well, hot sauce was amazing A La Turka Shawarma (350) - served with rice, great incorporation of meat and vegetables if you're looking for the classic shawarma experience A La Turka (350) - served with salted fries, did not expect shawarma to go so well alongside fries but they have opened my eyes Place can be easily missed considering their small frontage. Be prepared for your eyeballs to be assaulted by chopped onions. They managed to retain the amazing authentic taste of shawarma without compromising healthiness. Portions are just right for a growing boy.

🇵🇭 Alfonso
Alfonso Adventure Park
Filipino
+/- 950 for everything Liempo - good grill, average portions, good taste Rice (35) - I am scared as to how large the rice platter that the server recommended to us... Halo-halo - a little too sweet for my taste, there was something in it that I can't remember but I guess they made it work?? Pancit - too much oil, but the flavor was good Lifesaver place considering everything was closed in a 10km radius. A great place to hangout if you don't mind the karaoke blasting in the background and children running around the area. The servers were really nice and accommodating.
