This eggs benny is absolutely phenomenal! Definitely my second favorite! I have been multiple times and will be going back many more. The people there are so kind and the food is incredible. I have had both the regular eggs Benedict and the wicked and recommend both but the wicked eggs Benedict is my go to order! the light spice mixed with the crunch of the fried chicken is just superb.

This was Olga risings Benedict inspired egg sandwich. It was a great egg sandwich, but far from a Benedict. My only note would be they should add hollandaise sauce and then it would feel more like a Benedict.

Super interesting take on a Benedict. It was like a mix of a Benedict and a tostada with the refried beans and the chipotle hollandaise and steak as the main protein. Pretty good the eggs could have been a tiny bit more cooked but that’s all good.

I wish there was a meh option for rating. Though this place was quite cute the Benedict was not anything of note potentially because I had an incredible one the day before. But if i remember this one correctly the hollandaise was very lemony but in a sweet almost dessert like lemon flavor which was a bit odd.

Best eggs Benedict I have ever had. I still dream of this place. The fresh sourdough plus the really herby hollandaise plus the use of Parma ham has yet to be topped by any other Benedict.
