I forgot the exact name of what I got but it was Ayam ___ and it was like a curry chicken. The sauce was really good but the chicken was questionable. It may have been undercooked but overall the dish tasted really good and if I don’t get sick it’s a win. I also got a mango juice that was really tasty and fresh. Meal came out to the equivalent of around $5 USD.

This was an 8 course corporate dinner for the SAMIC 10th anniversary and SMMC’s 30th anniversary at Emerson. I only got 4 photos but see the picture of the menu for what else they had. Quite a treat to eat what seemed like endless yummy food.

I got the ginger chicken which was average and some kind of tropical fruit juice that I think had mango, pineapple, guava, passion fruit and something else too - it was excellent. Total meal including rice was $24 SGD so a little expensive.

Salmon party pack from sushi tei was exactly what I expected it to be. Good quality sushi but nothing too amazing. Definitely a satisfying and tasty dinner though, and came out to $23.50 SGD.

Miam Miam French Japanese Cafe Kitchen (Westgate)- All day Dining
Japanese
Got the miso chicken wings and chocolate fuwa fuwa. The wings were good but could have used more sauce, or a little more flavor in their glaze. The chocolate fuwa fuwa dessert was the highlights of the meal. The fuwa fuwa is extremely light and fluffy and so tasty with the chocolate ice cream and strawberries. The menu had tons of desserts that I would love to try in the future. The wings were $9.50 SGD and the fuwa fuwa was $15.80 sgd making this meal somewhat expensive.

Kailash Parbat Restaurant

I ordered Dal Makhani with garlic naan and it was so good. The Dal was creamy and rich, and was great with the crispy garlic naan. I also got a mango lassi which wasn’t pictured. Price was moderately expensive at around $16 SGD for the dal, $4.50 SGD for the naan and $8 SGD for the lassi.

Got the 4 course lunch set with Juniper Smoked Duck Breast, Roasted Butter Nut Squash soup, Grilled Paprika Marinated Free-Range Baby Chicken, Lavender Infused White Chocolate Mousse and the other photo (the fish) is the Plancha Seared Sustainable Barramundi. The view from the restaurant was incredible, it was on the 55th floor and had an incredible view of all of Singapore. At $58 SGD for the prefixed lunch menu this was an expensive excursion but well worth it for the experience.

Toast Box (JEM)
Singaporean
Toast Box in JEM 7/31/24 - got the curry with rice set which came with a dessert and coffee and was absolutely had and only $7.82 USD. Was too hungry to take a photo of the food but would definitely come back. I didn’t even want coffee and just got plain black, but it was so good (almost sweet) so I had to drink it all
