若是外國人初來臺灣想品嚐安全衛生的臺灣美食的話，建議可以買鬍鬚張的餐點來試試。價位算是平價，味道也不差，副菜不會過於油膩，是人人都可以接受的好味道。

這是我吃過最好吃的牛肉麵，牛肉燉得軟嫩，可以說是一咬就斷，紅燒的湯頭也非常溫和，還有淡淡的中藥味。整體來說是非常實惠而又美味的一餐。
This is the most delicious beef noodle I have ever eaten. The beef is stewed so tender that it can be said to break when you bite it. The braised soup is also very mild and has a faint Chinese medicinal flavor. Overall a very affordable and delicious meal.

台北的老餐廳，我在20年前曾到訪過，如今再次訪問，餐廳景色依舊，氛圍也是與20年前一樣。
點的是排骨飯，整體來說不差，但若與同價位的君悅排骨一起比較的話，君悅排骨的口味還是比較合我的胃口。
