Pan seared Alaskan Halibut with Corn and Potato Purée, Blistered Corn, Radicchio, Bacon and Red Onion Jam.

Delightful restaurant in Siena! Appetizer: Pienza fresh pecorino flan with soft core, thinly sliced pear with balsamic vinegar sauce. First Course; Sienese pici “all Antica” beef ragu and bread crumbs flavored with thyme, Second Course: Traditional Florentine T-bone steak served with mashed potatoes and spinach. All of the above shared by 3 of us.

Very busy restaurant but we were served quickly once seated. The pizza and the carbonara were very good.

Cocktail to start: Ring of Fire. Ghost Pepper Tequila, Pama pomegranate, agave, lemon, lime. A little spicy. So delicious! Raw oysters and a Chopped Salad. The perfect meal!
