The entrees were so amazing, the best food I have ever tasted at a Restaraunt. - Kingfish: the BEST kingfish I have ever tasted, flavours were perfection and worked so well together! 11/10 - Breseola: cured meat, was soft, flavourful, amazing. 10/10 - Wagyu butter bread: was delicious, but bread was a bit too hard on the crust. So good with the cured meat. 9/10 - O’Connor fillet: was delicious, but mushroom sauce wasn’t the best. Did not go well with steak. Cooked to perfect medium rare. 8/10 - Rhubarb deconstructed custard: cookie was so delicious but custard and sorbet wasn’t anything amazing. 6.5/10
