This definitely doesn’t come close to touching five daughter’s, but they do happen to be a good second in terms of best donuts I’ve had in atlanta. We got the dollie (crème brûlée donut), sweet jane (cream stuffed), s’mores, milk and cookies, plain, chocolate frosted, chocolate malt, and birthday cake flavors. The dollie was definitely the best. It tasted just like a crème brûlée down to the egg custard inside. It would have been a little better fresh though. My second favorite was the sweet jane which had a light, refreshing cream inside as opposed to the very sweet other flavors. The s’mores flavor was pretty heavy and also would have been better fresh but it was pretty good. The milk and cookies flavor was decent. The plain glazed was very very good, the chocolate frosted was as well. Doesn’t look like much but this was probably the best bbq I’ve had in Atlanta. I got the 2 meat and 2 sides plate (Ribs, Brisket, fries, mac & cheese), corn bread, and texas toast. I made a sandwich out of the brisket and texas toast and added some bbq sauce, mustard, and pickles. The brisket was pretty good and made for a nice sandwich with the toast. The mac & cheese really wasn’t great. It was pretty flavorless and I would not get again. The fries were fucking great. Unexpectedly great for fries from a BBQ spot. The ribs were also phenomenal and I should have just gotten a full or half rack of ribs instead of any brisket. With the bbq sauce added they were tender and flavorful. The corn bread was very good but I’ve had a little better. This place wasn’t the best. Got a box of assorted cookies, raspberry mousse, chocolate mousse, baklava cheesecake, mini eclair, mini cream puff, and the baklava robins nest. The quality seemed fine but nothing was overly amazing. The baklava robins nest was the best. The baklava cheesecake didn’t come close to comparing to Marietta Diners’. Wow! Only $105 for ALL this food!! (sarcasm), the value here is wildly inflated, and for the “best italian food in atlanta”, I was expecting something a little better. Instead, I got some, admittedly, pretty great food at an exorbitant price in tiny portions. The atmosphere sucked pretty hard as well. Extremely loud with the music blasting and people shouting next to us, I couldn’t hear anything Cassidy said. ⭐️Salame Piccante Pizza: 3/5 ⭐️Cotolleta Allá Bolognese: 4.2/5 Cassidy got the Cacio e Pepe and said it wasn’t the best she’s had (pretty sure this is her third time ever having it, all in atlanta, so that is a pretty poor review. Would not visit again unless they cut the prices completely in half, which would be the correct value of this meal: $40-50.

This meal was so incredibly fast and cheap that it surprised me. It was $30 for the 3 taco plate, 3 other tacos, a burrito, and two orders of chips and queso. Once I placed the order, it was ready for pickup in about 5 minutes. The al Pastor taco was insanely good and I should have just gotten 3 of those. The Chicken taco was alright but nothing special. The barbacoa taco was also really fucking good but still not as good as the pastor. The steak burrito was pretty good but I found myself adding the salsa verde and queso to it to add flavor. The queso dip was a good sized portion and pretty good, and the chips were fresh. The taste exceeded my expectations especially for the price of the meal. The biggest positive about this place was the price. $13 for a slice of cake and 4 huge pastries. I’m not sure of the name of the pastries but the cream horn looking one was the best. All of them were very hard and dry until I microwaved them wrapped in a paper towel. I had to make a cup of hot cocoa to dunk them in which did make them pretty enjoyable. I could see them being pretty good in the morning with some coffee if they’re heated up. All in all though none of them were overly sweet, they’re more similar to a slightly sweetened bread than a sweet pastry. The oreo cake just tasted cheap but wasn’t the worst cake ever. ⭐️Oreo Cake: 2/5 ⭐️Pastries (once heated and dunked): 2.8/5

I picked up pizza from Carlo’s for the first time yesterday. It was pretty out of the way but ended up being very worth it. I got the 10” pepperoni pizza with extra mozzarella, the boardwalk fries with nacho cheese, and a couple sides of garlic bread. The pizza was some of the best i’ve had in georgia, probably only surpassed by glide. It’s boardwalk style, so a chewier crust but not too thick. I got mine cooked extra crispy. I got the garlic parm butter which I will definitely get again. I dipped the crusts in it which made it much more flavorful. I wouldn’t get the garlic bread again. It was good but just unnecessary and nothing special. This was our first time at the General Muir. Our waitress was clearly very overworked as she was bussing tables, serving, and doing the dishes all at once. She forgot the cream for cassidy’s coffee twice and it took forever to get the pastries out. But once the pastries did come out, they were both amazing. We got the pecan sticky bun and the coffee cake. Both were 5/5, the sticky bun was warm, gooey, and very sweet. The coffee cake was moist with a crisp oat topping and a sweet blueberry swirl through the middle. I got the monthly coffee special, a peach cream coffee which was fantastic. For our main food, I ordered the Lower east side platter which came with a bagel, cream cheese, gravlax, nova lox, trout salad, capers, olives, onions, and tomato. I ordered a side of the latkes and tried cassidy’s pastrami which was amazing. She loved her bagel because of how soft and fresh the cream cheese was. After we asked for the check, our waitress gave us a free cinnamon roll and black+white cookie to apologize for the long waits. It may not be fair to rank this place as we only picked up cheesecake and didn’t eat there but I only have pretty positive things to say about the taste. I got the white chocolate raspberry cheesecake, the baklava cheesecake, and the volcano cake. First off, the portion sizes are fucking humongous which is a huge plus. At only 9.95/slice and a much similar quality of flavor, this place obliterates the cheesecake factory. The white chocolate raspberry cheesecake may have been a slight step below cheesecake factory’s but not enough to knock it. The flavor was amazing and the actual cake and graham cracker base were heavenly. It was a lighter cake and after a day of binging on 8-10k calories I was able to get a few more bites of the white chocolate raspberry. The volcano cake was rich, dense, fudgy, and chocolatey, everything I had hoped for. The layer of brownies had nuts in it and was a thick chew. The chocolate cake layer was airy and broke up the density of the brownie and cheesecake layers. The baklava cheesecake left NOTHING to be desired. This was easily my top 3 cheesecake flavors of all time. I was moaning at the first 10+ bites. I would have crushed the whole thing had I not just binged 4k calories and had 2 other cakes to attack. Man. This meal fucking SLAPPED. One of, if not probably, the best burger I’ve ever had in atlanta. Comparable to a five guys style but much better. First, we were greeted by a very friendly no frills waitress who took care of us extremely quickly. They had no issues with the substitutions and additions. We got loaded tots with a side of ranch and the mozzarella sticks to start. The cheese pull on the mozzarella was amazing and the flavor was great. The tater tots were a little too greasy for me to take the whole basket down but that’s mainly because the portion was so massive. They were still extremely good with the sour cream and ranch. I got the double MB Burger and added ketchup and mustard. The patties were extremely well seasoned and cooked to perfection. The garlic aioli was great and it took maybe 5 minutes from ordering to get on the table. I easily took down the burger and entire basket of fries in a couple minutes. Cassidy got the beer cheese burger and said the cheese was amazing and loved her burger. All in all, I need to come back and try the other burgers and sides. I ordered delivery which wasn’t the best idea. Because it was sitting in paper, the bread on the reuben got a little soggy and was no longer crisp. The actual reuben dressing was very good but the meat wasn’t up to par with a great reuben sandwich such as katz or datz’s. The meat was thin and not as flavorful as a reuben should be. The brownie was pretty basic as well but I did like the fudge on top. The peanut butter cookie was not very sweet or very peanut buttery. 4/5⭐️ Ordered the yellowtail/scallion roll, tuna/cucumber roll, and the dancing eel roll. All three were very high quality and rolled well. They were not very large but again the quality made up for the size. The price however, was a little higher than somewhere else such as kuroshio. Would eat again but not the best spot ever. Cassidy got the chicken ramen and ranked it 5 stars⭐️

I got the tuna avocado roll, Beauty and the beast roll, drunken tiger roll, tuna ahi poke roll, idako (baby octopus) nigiri, and smoked salmon nigiri. Cassidy got the Bagel roll with no avocado and the crispy spicy tuna roll. Cassidy felt the tuna roll was a little too spicy and the bagel roll unfortunately was cold so it just felt too fishy for her. As for myself: Tuna Avocado Roll. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Beauty and Beast Roll⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Drunken Tiger Roll. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Ahi Poke Roll. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ idako nigiri. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Smoked salmon nigiri ⭐️⭐️⭐️ The service was a 3/5 (missed a roll), the noise level was a 3/5, and the food was a 4.5/5. Always love coming here.

This was a great meal. Inside a bar that serves sushi primarily, but also burgers, wings, and sandwiches. The atmosphere is pretty noisy but would be a great place to go to watch football. I ordered a tuna/avocado roll, spicy tuna roll, yellowtail/scallion roll, Aloha roll, and the Rock and roll. The spicy tuna roll was a little too spicy for me would not get again. Yellowtail and tuna rolls were fantastic. The aloha roll was especially banging and would get again. Cassidy ordered the burger and fries and thought it was good. She also ordered the crab rangoons which were spicy and therefore kinda sucked. All in would go again for the sushi and would make a great place to watch a football game
