chorizo omelette 8/10 was so good with the red sauce, good texture and kept me super filled

- gyoza (pan-fried pork dumplings) rating: 6/10, pretty regular - age tofu (deep fried w/ grated radish) rating: 5/10, texture was nice and crisp but too salty - homura (noodles w/ spicy minced pork, poached egg, menma, scallion, fish powder, nori, chives) rating: 7/10, pretty good but salty and had spice to it - keema curry (noodles w/ keema curry minced pork, poached egg, scallion) rating: 7.5/10

- short rib hash (hashbrown, red win jus, mornay) rating: 7/10 - steak & eggs (boz, steak, eggs, hashbrown, salmoriglio) rating 7.5/10 : could have been better if not too salty
