Final dinner of the honeymoon and it was one of the best places we ate in Rome! Colline Emiliane is a family owned restaurant that specializes in the cuisine of Italy’s Emilia-Romagna region. I wanted to eat here because according to my research, it was highly rated and beloved by locals. (There is always a long line outside the door!) Also, I saw individuals like Federico Fellini, Michelangelo Antonioni, and Marcello Mastroianni were also regulars. After having eaten here, I can see why they dined here! Everything was sooo delicious! (Fun Side Note: the restaurant has framed sketches that Fellini made for the restaurant’s family members!)
