It’s a Michelin 1 for a reason - seafood is fresh and done very well. Salt and pepper #abalone, one of the best in town using that culinary technique. The lobster Thermidor (Chinese version) is excellent. Great balance between cheesy and broth flavoured with the Chinese noodle replacing your typical linguini. The fish was done just right for those who have high expectations with Chinese steam garouper. Even the Chinese bak Choy (veggie) was soft and tender. 😋
