Air fried chicken with panko in Parmesan 

Order delivery to Airbnb while in Houston. Ordered the white pizza and the Medical Center specials minus the sausage. Two large pizzas, two slices of cake and four cans of soda were $85 including the tip and delivery. The pizza was very good. The medical center special reminded me of the king or queens didn’t see it Pizza King so did the crust. The white pizza had ricotta cheese on it it was very good. Also got chocolate cake and an Italian cream cake which was very well priced it only $4.99 per slice both were very moist. The supreme or Medical Center special was very good cold next morning. On the app I told him to please be sure and give cheese peppers and everything because we were at an Airbnb. They also delivered paper plates, napkins, forks, knives, as well as packages of Parmesan and peppers. The paper plates were a very nice touch. 

Seabass with lobster cream sauce which was supposed to be served with crispy brussels sprouts, but I swapped them for the barley salad… This was the least favorite meal I’ve ever had here. Typically their Seabass is fabulous, but this was a different recipe. The lobster was good, but there was only 2 to 3 bites. The Seabass was flavorless. The house salad is usually delicious. However, the candy bacon did not taste good this time. Oysters were good and the ponzu sauce was amazing.  Larry got the Greek salad, which was huge and delicious. 

We ordered Alabama oysters for an appetizer, which were very good. I ordered the filet which came with a very unique steamed tomato with herbs on top of it and a salad. The filet was very delicious. It was seared with flavorful crust on outside and cooked on open fire mesquite Grill. It was cooked Perfect. I ordered it medium rare to medium. I asked for some A1 before tasting the steak and after tasting the steak but didn’t need it as I would eat each bite with a tiny bit of the tomato and herbs was delicious. Larry got the stuffed crab and he had quite a bit left over and Rip got several tiny bites on steak. They did not have sweet tea and I’m not supposed to have any artificial sweeteners. so I got a Dr Pepper and Larry got a coke.  The environment was loud, but the service was great. We sat in the front part of the restaurant in the train car area. 

I got the cheesy chicken enchilada plate, which came with two chicken enchiladas covered with cheese beans and rice with a tiny scoop of guacamole and sour cream. I also ordered us small chips and queso to go with it. I liked their regular red salsa and also got cilantro to put all over my food. Larry got the whole Lotta platter I believe which came with a lot of everything. He only wanted pico and salsa for his dips and got his order to go. They’re fountain sodas, or not good and they did not have ice at the public machine and they had to give me ice from the back . There’s only two people working there when I placed my order and ate it there and when I placed Larrys to go order there and only one person there, which made it take a long time to get his order. Next time I would like to order the chicken enchilada plate, but substitute, one chicken enchilada for a beef enchilada.

Harissa spice, sweet potatoes, and mushroom bowl. I got this recipe from a meal subscription service Green Chef. It was also serve the two sauces. Schug sauce, and then a lemon sour cream sauce. This would be a good meal to send an Larry’s lunch as it would be good cold 

Green chef sockeye salmon with lemon caper sauce. I like the rice with kale and Larry really likes the fish… So did it rip 

Green chef cheesy artichoke sandwich. It was served on Shibata bread which I cut into thirds to remove the middle part to make it less bread. Toasted it in the air fryer while melting the cheeses and such in the microwave spread it on the bread and toasted it again.

DIY subway sandwich bar. I created the sandwich bar because I wanted Subway sandwich but because I don’t drive I cannot go get one. I made this one with toasted wheat, submarine rolls and added turkey and pepper, jack spinach, red onions, bell peppers, jalapeños tomatoes. (I put tomatoes on the DIY sandwich bar, but cannot eat tomatoes due to their acidity, and they are bothersome for my since the bladder ) And then used a submarine sandwich sauce that was vinegar and oil with some seasonings. It was very good and I served with barbecue baked Lays, which I later had to quit eating because they’re not good for irritable bladder. I guess I can also use this app to log foods that are irritating to me as well, it’s not keeping a manual food journal to log my symptoms
