the trad-benidict is fine. hollindaise is bland and ham is a little ick. overall 6/10 water tastes like mildew always hashbrowns = just cut up potato coffee also tastes like mildew. hot sauces are mid, the best is tapatio

Barbicoa Benidict - the side potato thing was mid, eggs were hella, holendaise was a little bland but good, barbicoa was very good. Resturant has cholula and tabasco. No drink menu, only basics.
