Cucumber salad is awesome! Collard are another hit. Potato salad has bell pepper, celery and onion. Average taste. Brunswick stew is good and one of the better sides but not the best Brunswick stew. Corn bread is slightly sweet with a hint of jalapeno. Not cakey like Boston Market but cakey enough to hold together. Corn meal is front and forward. Chili beans has pork and is heavily seasoned with chili powder. That is the most prominent and overpowering flavor.
