Old school seafood. Out of crab for two years. Wine selection sucked. Food was mostly good though. Stuffed flounder. Blackened redfish with Pontchartrain sauce. En brochette shrimp. One yeast roll and one cinnamon roll to share between the two of us.

breakfast tacos. Al Pastore and picadillo were both really good. I would get the picadillo over the Al Pastor for next time. Also got a delicious tamale. The hot sauces were legit. I would go back.

Yummy traditional Tex Mex. Bob Armstrong Dip. Asadero tacos. Matt's Special green enchiladas. Sopapillas. Tres Leches. Pralines. We ate a lot.

Tapas not tapas. Service was lacking. Food was mediocre. We wanted to try a new place to celebrate our one-year anniversary. Restaurant was a fail but the company could not be beat. Back to basics after this: Mexican!

just a quick snack of garlic Parmesan pretzels with a couple of beers after playing in the Pedernales River. Not bad!

We took a chance. Turned out pretty crummy.

We shared a chicken liver mousse, goat cheese salad, and a burger. The burger was the highlight, but I thought the liver was really delicious. It was a spontaneous, spur of the moment pick in Wimberley. We were hungry, and Blanco was a good 30 minutes away.

Yummy pupusas and plantains. A great way to start off the day in San Marcos before floating down the San Marcos River.

As always, yum. Queso of course. Daniel ❤️ had the shrimp cocktail. I had the taquito special and a margarita. On the way home, we got hit by heavy rain and HAIL. May panicked. Daniel ❤️ kept a cool head. #AndAGoodTimeWasHadByAll.

Father's Day bike ride in 90 something degree weather led us to Taste of Texas when Daniel's helmet malfunctioned. We shared a brie appetizer, a porterhouse, sautéed spinach, and pecan pie for dessert. It was a lot of food, but it was delicious.

Amazing. Camarones campechano. Chargrilled oysters diablo. Cobb salad with shrimp. Sat outside. It was warm but breezy! I love this place.

Food was really good. The place itself though, was a bit too warm and pretty run down. Garlic bread and garlic loaded olive oil were very good. I had the fresh snapper on a bed of angel hair pasta with a cream sauce. It was yummy. Daniel, in an attempt to keep it cool and light, had the antipasto salad which he found disappointing except for the delicious Italian dressing.

Overpriced street tacos, sez Daniel. I'm not in any hurry to go back.

Delicious fajitas were a welcome home meal after a week in London and Geneva.

Daniel had spicy shrimp soup. I had fajita fundido. Maranda and Nathan joined us after Daniel's Birthday night at NA.
