The Cobb salad is awesome flavor but gets very soggy because of the lettuce. Shredded chicken quesadillas were phenomenal and packed with flavor! Russ loved the shrimp dish mojo de hao and the street corn was good as usual. Skip the spicy tamal and the Al pastor taco which was meh. Street corn is good but don’t need to get each time - takes too long to come. Definitely skip the sopapillas - thin and crunchy. The cheese enchiladas aren’t great. They are made with mozzarella so you have to eat them quickly but they come with yummy veggies. Chicken enchiladas with queso are the best. The beef enchiladas were dry inside. Russ liked the tampoqueno dish. 2026: the chicken soup was fantastic!! Also liked the queso fundido but need the beef on the side because it takes over the cheese. Russ liked the jalapeño poppers, but they were very spicy. He asked for the chili Colorado without spice and liked it. The strawberry margaritas are delicious and BOGO on Thursday. The queso is excellent!!! The cheesecake was good!
