Pretty delicious and creative for airport food! The sliders were delicious and the corn cakes had some great flavors going on! Definitely best to share them since 2 really stacked up. This is my place in the Denver airport from now on.

Yummy flatbread and reliable hummus or artichoke dip platters. Haven’t found a wine that I like here yet. Rose and Blanc de blanc weren’t good enough to get again.

SEASONED - An American Bistro
Breakfast
The corn soup is delicious but the serving is soooo small. I had the pork chop and it was melt in your mouth fantastic! The 2 desserts were both very disappointing and it was clear that’s why they’re pushing the 3 course experience. Overall, I wouldn’t go back for dinner but I’ve had a great time at their weekend brunch before. CLOSED as of June 2026

2023: Always amazing. The quiche is unbeatable. pork chop with elote was also very good. 2024: pancake wrapped bacon was not worth it. Chicken pot pie is delicious but huge and the pumpkin cinnamon roll was very good. 2025: the chicken empanada appetizer was decent, but the loaded fried potato things were way better. Liked the curry chicken salad sandwich, but not quite as much as I hoped. The meatloaf was a huge hit with Russ and the carrots were delicious! 2026: Russell’s skillet was decent and he would get it again

Super diverse menu with great choices and a kitchen and staff that really care about details. Delicious yellow curry and good butter chicken. Great lava cake! Skip the lentil soup. Jan 2025: we stopped again and ordered the same things and they were excellent all over. The butter chicken has an almost apple cinnamon taste and the yellow curry is so complex and has great veggie ingredients.

Delicious wedge salad (ask for no bacon)! Sweet potato fries were good as was the pasta side. California roll wasn’t great, definitely skip. We enjoyed the crab cakes.

Fantastic yellow curry - one of the best I’ve had in the US! Fried rice and Thai tea were also really good.

Get in line on yelp ahead of time! Skip the fancy French toast and go for the plate sized pancake with chocolate chips. Fruit & granola bowl was also good.

It wasn’t a great experience and the food was mostly good but overpriced. Wouldn’t really go back. My fish had a section that looked raw!

Potato samosas were the best I’ve ever had. Pashwari naan was good but a touch strong on the rose water. Lamb rogan Josh was delicious. Butter Chicken was okay- very tomatoey sauce so next time try tikka masala or korma. Skip the naan (even garlic) the bread pudding dessert: the bread chunks were on the dry side and the sauce wasn’t very complex. Apple fennel chicken pizza was delicious as was the modified Nashpati switching out Gorgonzola for Alfredo.

The Bellini was smooth and delicious and the Hybrid charcuterie board was excellent! Next time, swap out the chorizo for extra pepperoni. (The chipotle Gouda was very spicy but they only let you make one swap out. Everything else was great.) The strawberry salad would have benefited from goat cheese. Wedge salad was disappointing

The whipped feta was yummy and lobster dip was popular. The halibut special was cooked well but had mild flavor and the sides were not great (heavy risotto and charred/overdone broccolini). Steak was a bit undercooked and the elote was overpowering. The drinks were good and I would get the Shipfaced again and perhaps the Living on a Pear but honestly, no need to go back here.

Breakfast
The wrap with turkey and egg white is good, the power bowl with quinoa, chicken and pesto is very flavorful! The best thing on the menu is consistently the super foods bowl with no Berry compote. Skip the lemon ricotta pancakes. The chicken sausage is also delicious!! 6/8/24 Summer carnitas quesadilla was very good flavors but put together very sloppily. Then Russ got food poisoning from them at the Nashville location! 8/28/24 the pumpkin pancake is decent but I’ve had better and this one was overdone on the bottom 10/02/26 the pumpkin donuts were just OK and the food took forever to come out. Not good service.

Salmon didn’t stand out among all of the other wonderful flavors of dishes like the stuffed peppers and potatoes bravos which are consistently awesome. The churro dessert was hard and inedible.

Interesting to try lots of meats and cheeses and it’s great that they’re dog friendly. Best cheese was the one with the ‘line of ash’

Solid butter chicken. Garlic naan was unremarkable. Paneer dish with veggies was delicious but didn’t have a lot of cheese. Tikka masala is rumored to be sweet - could be good to try
