Very similar to Korean BBQ, but definitely more of a Japanese twist. The side dishes that came with our BBQ were incredible: especially the Karaage. I would go back just for the Karaage!

This particular meal was awful. Rakuya has a serious consistency problem: sometimes itโ€™s amazing, sometimes itโ€™s not good at all. This time I got the beef bento box. The steak was cooked well done, and it was served COLD. The shrimp shumai tasted funky. So did the side of spicy mayo. Iโ€™m lucky I didnโ€™t get food poisoning - I was certainly expecting it.
