Saltado with filet. The filet was really soft and nice. I also had a lychee Paloma cocktail which was nice. A little sweet for my taste.

Orange cauliflower is great.

Brisket was great. Mac and cheese was so smooth and creamy. Delicious!!

Saltado with beef, tallarin verde with chicken, empanadas were all really tasty
