This special shop makes you feel like you’re walking inside a huge gingerbread house! Everywhere you look there are beautifully hand-decorated traditional gingerbread cookies. I wanted to go as traditional as it gets after learning there is a typical Czech recipe. Naturally I picked the cute smiley Gingerbread Man; the cookie was soft, not very sweet, and the flavor was milder than I expected. * * * Es una bellecita de tienda que te hace sentir que estás entrando a una casa de galletas de jengibre! Tenían muchísimas galletas decoradas a mano alzada. Al enterarme que hay una receta Checa típica para galletas de jengibre, tenía que probarla! Seguí la ruta tradicional y Escogí el clásico hombrecito de jengibre; la galleta era suave en textura y sabor, no muy dulce.
