Impressive large amount of mushrooms but weren’t very flavorful and not salty enough. Then more fries with tostones. Sauces and limes did help but too much fried for me.

Vegan Sope with Flore de Calabaza —Sope rubbery (I’m sure it made from masa, but it tastes like faux egg made from chickpea flour with black salt. Has a sulfur flavor). They said not fried. Only vegan items that’s fried is flautas. —flor de calabaza is pickled, more savory filling would be better - they have lots of options —“sour cream” not tasty so doesn’t do much for it —“cheese” - a crumbly cheese would be better than slice/shreds style —tasted better with salsas —next time would try vegan chilaquiles, tacos or Torta with different filling. the “meat” option is soy based. —they have a separate vegan menu
