EXCELLENT chicken tenders, very clean and delicious chicken sandwich, and standard fries. Their sauce is almost tasteless, though. But absolutely well-made fried chicken dishes!

Very traditional Mexican restaurant and food. Gave me an enchilada instead of the burrito I asked for, but good salsa (a little too salty) and good view of a lake.

I ordered a pizza with prosciutto, mushrooms, and a couple of cheeses with a light garlic sauce. Not my normal choice but stepped outside the box. Wouldn’t get that pizza again. But I would give the restaurant another try if I got something more traditional.

Ordered a flight of salsas with red, verde, and a fruity berry one (forgot which one) but those were pretty good! Not quite my taste but spicy and enjoyable. I then got a build-your-own-burrito with barbacoa, similar to my chipotle order. The green avacado crème on top was delicious. Overall i would go back!

Had an interesting selection of food to choose from. My old-fashioned whiskey was pretty good-tasting, but very mild effects (I did feel a little something though). I then had the shepherd’s pie with a side of bacon-wrapped shrimp. The shrimp were a REVELATION and idk why I haven’t ever eaten them before! The shepherd’s pie was ok…probably won’t get it again. Tried some of my wife’s beef stroganoff, and that was better. Curious to go back and try some of the other foods…just a bit expensive.

Chai latte. Idk it seemed like it was in between lukewarm and warm, and not my favorite flavor. Might have to try something else next time.

The breakfast toast with smoked salmon and cream cheese was 🔥 and the breakfast cheese fries (no egg) also a nice take on French fries. You get a lot of them though. A meal by itself.

Order the hot chocolate with whiskey and the small Curt pizza. Pizza was delicious…wish they cooked the mushrooms a little longer. Second time to have this whiskey with hot chocolate. Didn’t feel my drink at all. Very loud inside and hard to have conversations. Was only there for an hour but it felt much longer.

Had popcorn shrimp and fries. Tasted good, about what you’d expect, and not expensive. Pretty good view (pictured), but small dining space.

Super delish! Valentine’s Day dinner, and I had the steak with lobster and a side of mashed potatoes and asparagus. Appetizer was a lobster bisque and dessert was a chocolate mousse. 9 out of 10 stars! Just a little dry on the lobster (but well seasoned), and a smaller entree portion than I anticipated (particularly for $75), but otherwise YUMMY! Also, Caroline’s scallops tasted 👌

Had the Schwarma for my first time…yummm! Well-seasoned and delicious, if a bit messy to eat with the sauce. Had a scotch to drink, and got pretty drunk. For the meal, I ordered the fish and chips, which featured cod. It was good, and a nice balance, but I was definitely too drunk to appreciate anything except the nice visual contrast of the dark breading with the white, juicy meat of the fish.

I had the chicken wonton ramen with added shrimp wontons. Also got a mini-taco with salmon and an order of octopus balls. Ramen was the star, though, particularly with the shrimp wontons.

Had a hot chocolate with milk chocolate and whipped cream. Yummy! They also have some good choices for food, including tamales?! Someday…

Li’l Italy Prairie Pie (small, with added ground beef); good flavor, maybe leave off tomatoes next time. Tried Caroline’s Dude Ranch Mountain Pie, it was good but the ranch was too runny for me. Feel satisfied!
