07/03/23 Menu items are 5 stars. But the wait was horribly long for each item. All fish was so soft and high quality. The soy sauce on the table was very salty but light flavor and was great with the items too. Edemame was served chilled which was fun

06/02/23 Cesar kale salad - highlight is the mushroom bacon Brussels sprouts - yummy with crispy texture and apples Quinoa and apple - Kirby’s least favorite. The Apple and avocado were fun. Very summery and bright flavor Buffalo bao - pretty spicy! One per person is good with additional plates. The bun was so fluffy and amazing Po boy bao - sweet and fishy flavor. The slaw was good Fried eggplant - really good. Mac and cheese - hard to tell it’s vegan. Very good

06/04/23 Smoked Turkey - lots of it. Fine flavor. Good sauce. Paired with baked beans (yummy) and watermelon (also yummy). 2 muffins on the side Loaded baked potato - brisket topping. Huge. Very good serving of brisket Cheese muffins - should not have gotten as an app since we each got two with the meal. Kinda sweet

06/03/23 Spinach and strawberry salad - good portion. Thankful for bread appetizer. Very good cut of meat, but definitely over cooked. Bake potato was good, nothing special.

05/28/23 Grilled chicken with curry rice pilaf and wild mushroom & lemon sauce - 2 portions. Pretty tasty! Small location, outside deck area semi enclosed and heated

05/20/23 Chips - thick and very good. Not salted Rojo salsa - supposed to be a little spicy..but not at all. Texture of a thick sauce Arbol salsa - good. Not spicy Picado salad with smoked chicken - did not like the vinaigrette. Good portion though. Steak taco-very good. Should’ve had flour tortilla bc of the juicy meat Fried chicken taco - corn tortilla was very good. Basic fried chicken but the sauce and pickles onion were good

04/25/23 Bison momo - little oily, but great flavor. Yummy tomato chutney sauce. Great portion size for two + people Himalayan choela- would’ve liked to have had more chicken. But it was flavored nicely, had fun textures too. The puffed rice was a fun addition

04/25/23 Blue matcha - really good. Can’t tell the difference from regular matcha Black drip coffee - so smooth Almond croissant - big portion, love the almond flavor. Not too flakey!! It stuck together well. Lots of almonds Pistachio merengue rollade - very good blend of sweet and salty

03/25/23 Samosa duo - very good. Green sauce is the best. Brown was too sweet Biriyani with chicken - sharable! Lots of rice and big chunks of chicken. The presentation was good. The bowl was covered in naan which they cut open in front of me. Spice level low was good. Still pretty spicy Rogan josh - Kirby said serving size was enough but not too much. Medium spice level was perfect. Big chunks of beef.

03/17/23 Turkish coffee with cinnamon Atmosphere was fantastic. Three floors inside an old Victorian house. Some rooms converted to support small businesses. Other rooms were sitting rooms for studying, socializing and sipping on teas. Very cute very cool

03/17/23 Tibetan Beef momo steamed - very thick dough. Ball of beef inside. Very very filling Hot and sour chicken soup - very yummy (peas, carrots, chicken, celery, cauliflower and spice) Tibetan salad - huge and a little spicy. Came with ginger sauce and a spicy sauce. Cabbage, spinach and tomato (I nixed the tomato)

02/25/23 Cinnamon porridge - good amount great flavor Protein bowl - could take half to go, very leafy Hot chicken and potatoes - very filling. Pretty hot

02/11/23 Shrimp and grits - small portion. It was fine. Shrimp was very good. Not much flavor Cornish hen - very light flavor, good portion size. Decent mashed potato’s French fries - cooked well good flavor Flourless chocolate espresso cake with raspberry drizzle - amazing

01/21/23 Roasted harissa salmon - super awesome flavor and texture. Nice crunch edges. Rice was a little undercooked. Coffee crusted New York strip- very subtle coffee flavor. Well cooked. Good portion size. Potato’s were good and asparagus was fine. The sauce was good but wouldn’t describe the meat as “crusted”

12/28/22 Pain au chocolat - standard Tarte- don’t know what kind but Kirby really liked it. Custardy vanilla? Nice texture with the crust and crunchy top Lots of options but not overwhelming. Half breads and half sweet breads

12/28/22 Chicken meatball - lupin sauce was so so good. Side salad was fine. The meatball would go best with fries Beef/pork meatball - original sauce was like standard tomato sauce with good flavor. Fries were hot. And the samurai sauce for the fries was sneaky spicy Shrimp appetizer was bad

12/28 Americano - just an americano. Added a sugar cube to make it “quite tasty” Chai pink - pink color was fun. Tasted good too. Small was far enough

12/09/22 I’d come back just for the French fries. So we’ll seasoned Spam fried rice bowl - pretty normal fried rice. Black sesame seeds were a good addition Buddha’s delight sandwich - vegan. No need for an appetizer. So much bread! Steamed buns - pretty tasty! Two large buns

11/24/22 Somalian / East African Soup - nice light flavor, could’ve been hotter Orange juice - super smooth Noodles - just spaghetti…buuuuut the Rice - really amazing flavor! Chicken steak - looks spicy but isn’t. Cooked well with a really large portion size Beef steak - large portion, good, lean, well seasoned Kk - fun texture. Like a cross between bread and noodles

11/22/22 Only one option if you don’t want to eat pork Super long wait for downstairs seating  Veggie Ramen - lots of toppings, mushrooms were delicious. But they had like a whole onion in there and I wasn’t a fan of that. Very filling though

11/12/22 The chips and salsa verde were both good. Thick chips! Empanadas with habanero mango sauce - so so tasty. Only a little oily but not bad at all. Small enough to enjoy an appetizer OR dessert Burger - great fries! Filling burger and slaw

Would try something else next time instead Odeng - very good flavor fish cakes Reg kimchi - also good flavor. Not overpowering. Large chunks of cabbage Ddabokki - huge plate, added bulgogi for $5 and thst was totally worth it. Lots of sesame oil, and the lotus toon was a cool addition. Not spicy Dak jjim - little spicy and hot chicken (that falls apart in your mouth) and potatoes. Looks intimidating but very good

11/06/22 Best bang for your buck. I ate half and took half home Kirby ate it all Spring rolls - super good peanut sauce Veggie pho in beef broth - nice light flavor, small amount of veggie add ins, but lots of noodles Beef and brisket - added in flavors from the table, good and filling

10/11/23 Seafood pancake- very fluffy. Lots of seafood. Little too oily Jajangmyeon - can’t place the flavor. Really large portions on everything! Could be shared between two, could take leftovers. Lots of veggies and noodles. Beef was like ground beef Bulgogi - spicy is very spicy. Very good meat. Tons of veggies Kimchi was good

10/08/23 Always so good -#40 beef broth and veggie soup- tasted like dumplings. Not a ton a flavor. But great for a chilly day Also kimchi was perfect today
