Guay jub, ~$15. Wide rice noodles, crispy pork, tofu, boiled egg in five-spice broth that tastes sweeter than savory.

Tried the Mee Ka Tee, which was a special that day, and cost $12.95. It has vermicelli, chunks of pork and spring onions and other herbs. Really good. The place is small, but neat and service is also great.

Excited Chicken. Didn’t expect it to be served on a taco bowl. It was sweet and rich and I’d had to add jasmine rice for $2 to “dilute” the flavors. Prolly cost ~$13.
The service was a bit disorganized though, with the waiters serving food to the wrong table or forgetting orders as well.

Birria is super good, but also super salty. It helps to dip the tortilla into the soup to dilute the taste.
Super affordable.

Pozole and a bebida with a biblical name (Jacobo?). The pozole was okay, not something that I’d necessarily try again. The drink was sour, and not very sweet as I’d expected.

Had the Blue Moon Omelette that has American cheese inside. Also came with a toasted blueberry muffin, two strips of bacon and a hashbrown ‘roll’.
The omelette was little dry for me, but the blueberry muffin was so fluffy and heavenly omg it tasted so good.
