Tried the same protein grain menu but chose to have their poached salmon. Very generous serving of salmon. Still prefer their previous protein grain menu with egg.

Took another try in the bed grilled chicken but added a poached egg. The egg does elevate the flavour and experience.

Still the best ala-carte Japanese buffet. Sashimi are thickly cut and fresh.

Tried the egg onion dosai from this heartland coffeeshop at Rivervale crescent. Not the best but love the fluffy and soft texture of the dosai dough.

Love the grilled Salmon and how they serve a generous half portion of grilled lemon to squeeze onto the salmon as I eat. I get to control and choose the intensity of the sourness of my salmon.

Located in Kopitiam Sengkang, this is my attempt on a dosai with no egg because it’s a vegetarian stall. The sauce are great and dosai texture is quite nice and crispy.

Very delicious and affordable Ungai specialty restaurant. The unagi are thick, well grilled and flavourful. The set with sashimi come with thick and fresh assortment of salmon, tuna and yellow fin. Very happy and satisfied.

Back for the 3rd time. Finally got the chance to try Jajiang noodle gif the first time. Really tasty and light. Love it. The only disappointing fish is the garlic soy fried chicken. Will definitely come back for the 4th time.

Trying out TCC new menu item. I ordered their grilled chicken grain bowl. Nothing special… still prefer their previous menu. My colleague order their wagyu omu rice. Also their new menu and my colleague enjoyed it.

Back again to try their other dishes. Took a chance on their citrus fruit & tuna salad but Still prefer their Caesar salad with crab meats. My colleague the kimchi fried rice and gave the thumbs up! The seared barramundi is okay. I will go back to their Salmon.
