Haven’t made cookies since Christmas but due to covid House arrest it was requested from the husband.... Made the ghiridelli recipe on back of milk chocolate bag... used to be toll house fan but this has been my go to chcochip recipe for years. My cookies are flat probably bc my baking soda wasn’t fresh but sure doesn’t affect the flavor..... 😋

2 dishes here initial plan was for watermelon/mint/shrimp salad, wanting a side I made quinoa but forgot about my watermelon/mint and made veggie fried “rice” 😂 the two don’t go together but they are both great 👍

My attempt Japanese pancakes... they were quite flat though I did get the sense of lightness and can imagine when done right they are amazing. I used almond milk and also I don’t think I folded my egg whites well enough due to shape of my bowl. I also do not have ring molds which were suggested in some recipes. Will try again..

10 year anniversary dinner! Williams Sonoma grilled steak arugula salad with grilled potatoes. Dessert was “Peeps” Rustica cake. It was a little sweet but light.

Overnight oats.... used different mixed oatmeal that had hemp hearts and flax seeds so the liquid wasn’t absorbed as much as I like. I also forgot to add the cinnamon. 😒

Neighbor gave us some fresh caught Ahi which I marinated soy sauce/honey/sesame oil and dash red pepper. Then seared. Tried spicy Yuba noodles today amazing crunchy texture... very spicy 🌶 🌶🌶 Grilled asparagus and zucchini with just dash salt and pepper

Easy fancy breakfast! Ok again non vegan lol...I was wondering if this would work with vegan eggs but the vegan eggs require cold water and this recipe need ingredients at room temp....Would be good with fresh fruit and maybe coconut milk whip.

Williams Sonoma puff pastry chicken pot pie....Ok not vegan but have to appease hubby with meat a few times a week.....yummy fall / thanksgiving aromas fill house brings me back to my New England roots and longing for seasons.
