No matter if you’ve been to Vietnam before or not, you’ve likely heard of pho, if not already eaten it many times before.
It was a nice open air eatery, with clean metal tables, and stashed piles of herbs and condiments. I ordered pho tai bo vien (beef pho with rare steak, meatballs) The rice noodle was very fresh and soft not like the one they served in USA (premade package) The broth was favorable and camed out hot. Its literally PHO-NOMENAL!
I especially loved the all-you-can-eat herbs, pickled garlic, and chilies. Their sauted chili sauce served on the table is made freshly every morning. Dipping the meat with chilly sauce has a sweet and kick of spice. If you love spice I recommend adding it to the broth or use it a dipping sauce.
The owner, was quite a friendly man as well. He has such a great sense of humor. The staff are very kind, fast paced and wonderful services even during their busy rush.
If you're in town and craving for pho or never had it, definitely stop by and give it a try. Its pho real yummy!
